Work Force, LLC (ILSL Workforce) is seeking Field Data Collectors to serve as our eyes and ears on the ground. You will act as a vital link between global digital brands—like Apple, Amazon, eBay, and Razer Gold—and major retail environments. As a specialized auditor, you will perform "Secret Shopper" style visits to retail partners such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and other local stores to provide "Ground Truth" data on product placement and the customer checkout experience. Key Responsibilities Regional Field Visits: Navigate a designated circuit (not exceeding 150 miles) within your region to visit assigned retail locations. Visual Product Audits: Discreetly verify that specific gift and prepaid cards are prominently displayed, properly stocked, and easily accessible to customers. Live Transaction Analysis: Perform test purchases to document the real-world customer experience, focusing on: Activation Speed: How long does it take for the product to be processed? Staff Competency: Assessing the helpfulness and manner of store attendants. Financial Reporting: Documenting all taxes, service charges, or fees applied to the purchase. Digital Submission: Upload documented evidence and transaction receipts via the secure Work Force, LLC portal. Compensation & Incentives Premium Pay: $700.00 USD for every successfully completed and verified regional task circuit. Immediate Reward: A one-time $500.00 Sign-On Bonus awarded upon successful onboarding and system setup. Operating Support: A recurring Logistics Stipend is provided for each assignment to cover fuel and travel expenses. Procurement Funding: All funds for required product purchases are disbursed by the company in advance. Requirements & Schedule Consistency: Ability to complete a minimum of one (1) task per week.
